Casemedia Embalajes S.L.U. empresa dedicada a “Trabajos de Carpintería (cajas de transporte, consolas o muebles audiovisuales)” The company is constantly growing within the framework of the commitment to continuous improvement provided by the implementation of a Quality System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard.
The Directorate of Casemedia Embalajes S.L.U. focuses the Quality System and the continuous improvement of its efficiency on the purpose of achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty, complying with their requirements and those legally established, as well as those of the service itself.
In view of the above, the Directorate of Casemedia Embalajes S.L.U. bases its commitment to quality on the bases of its Quality Policy, which are set out below:
- Promote the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking.
- To consider customer satisfaction as the fundamental objective of all activities.
- To provide our services in accordance with the requirements and specifications of our customers and the current regulations.
- The correct development of the implementation of the quality management system is everyone's responsibility and has the support and commitment of the Management.
- To seek a balance between the working method and the economic resources available, encouraging responsibility and sensitivity for the continuous improvement of the quality of the processes.
- The improvement of our services and products requires an improvement in resources, both human and material.
- Establish quality objectives and goals, coherent with the company's aims and revisable, at least, on an annual basis.
- Correcting our mistakes and avoiding the appearance of new ones, based on the objective data arising from the development of our processes.
- Compliance with the current legal regulations applicable to all the company's activities.
This quality policy is in constant evolution with the company, so it is reviewed for its continuous adaptation at least in the System Review by the Management and at the same time as the quality objectives, as it is considered a reference framework for establishing and reviewing these objectives.
The quality policy of Casemedia Embalajes S.L.U. is the means to drive the organisation towards improving its performance and is displayed in a visible place for all staff and communicated every time it undergoes a review so that it is understood at all levels.
Management assumes responsibility for ensuring that the necessary resources are available to carry out the above activities and expects all staff, whatever their role and position, to share this commitment to quality by complying rigorously with the guidelines set out in the Quality System.
